Plan revisions are available at an hourly rate. ( design fees ) · Do you design commercial or multifamily projects? Yes, I have designed many commercial projects and have several on the boards. Each plan is designed for the region of the original owner and therefore should be reviewed by your builder or local professional to ensure plans are adequate for floor and roof loads. Custom designs are also available. · Have most of these plans and designs been built and where? Yes. Each of these homes were designed as a custom residence for customers. · Who designs the plans? Is it the same person I will speak with? John Pinkston is the owner and designer of the American Woodlands Design Studio Collection of home plans. He will also be directly involved in each project.
