Plan Costs

Plans include scaled Detailed Floor plans, Exterior and interior elevations, Foundation plans and details for Crawlspace, Slab and basement if avilable, Electrical plans, Roof and floor framing plans.

All Plans purchased are per home built. Additional units built will require new set of plans.

 Plans include the, Autocadd file and pdfs to allow you to revise plans and get multiple copy prints in your local area.

Additional designs to purchased plan requested will be available and billed hourly at $100. per hour.

It is recommended to have a local design professional to review plans prior to permitting to allow for revising or adding information to plans due to a variety of code requirements and jurisdictions. Plan costs are non-refundable. Costs are for the construction of (1)one project per plan purchased. Additional plan fees will be made per project built to avoid penalties.
