Potential Homeowners can purchase plans and not pay the high costs of Architectural fees without compromising quality and artistic custom features you desire while keeping your budget in mind. You can select to purchase an existing product from my collection and have me customize them to meet your desires or we can create a unique personalized custom home for your lot specific. The American Woodlands Design Studio is proud to reintroduce our Brookside Collection. I have added several new home plans and have divided the collection into three editions: the Boulders, the Mountains and the Woodlands Editions. Each edition has a unique quality ranging from the grandeur of the exquisite mountain estate homes to the grace and elegance of the well appointed woodland retreat homes. |

· The Boulders Edition features versatile homes that are grade adaptable for crawl spaces or daylight basements. Several of the homes in the Boulders are suitable for narrow lots and cluster home developments. |

· The Woodlands Edition are best suited for gentle lots where slab or low crawl is desired. These homes combine the best of single level living with open floor plans and an abundance of charm and character. |
|
· The Mountains Edition featured are best suited for steeper grades. Daylight basements are typical with these designs. The homes of the Mountains Edition are spacious and Elegant and are best situated on larger home sites. |
